Come what may, I choose to Live Whole-Heartedly.
If my body holds me back, 
then I choose to take care of it, to allow me to Live Fully.
If my Spirit holds me back, 
then I choose to replenish and renew, 
to fill my Soul again with Light.
Others may affect me, but it is I that Choose.
And I choose to Live! Whole-Heartedly!
